WOMEN DEVEOPMENT GROUP
Women participation in community development playing a vital role on social change and social development. SADHAN (Institute for Social Change) has promoted village level women groups in 11 gram panchayats of Keonjhar district having 59 women groups. Except these we promote three dimensional groups to undertake Enterprise Developmental Activities like Initiator, Implementor and Marketer actions among these groups. These groups also aware about different government schemes and provisions by which they able to generate their demand infront of local self governance system.
ADOLESCENT GROUP
SADHAN (Institute for Social Change) facilitate to form Adolescent Groups in 28 villages, where 47 adolescent groups having 537 adolescents were part of that.
SADHAN (Institute for Social Change) initiated four way learning and implementing action by adolescents, i.e. Communication, Creative Thinking, Problem Solving and Bonding platform among each other. Through this approach adolescents were interacting with each other about their issues and challenges
